Villa of 140 square meters (internal space) with private swimming pool and ample terraces for a total of 360 square meters (external space) with magnificent sea view over the Gulf of Naples and surrounded by olive and chestnut trees.
The villa has a good position since it's only approx. 5 km from the centre of Sorrento with its restaurants, bars and the picturesque alleyways with their many colourful shops and 3 km from Sant'Agata, a pretty small village renowned for its salubrious air and the famous restaurant "Don Alfonso" which you will find on the Michelin guide. In about 20 minutes by car or bus you can reach the sea where you will find enchanting pebble beaches with restaurants where you will be able to taste fresh fish dishes and local specialities. Parking space or, for those who decide not to rent a car, the bus stop is just outside the villa.
Train station and port at 5 Km, where you can get the fast hydrofoils to Naples, Ischia and the enchanting island of Capri, where it will not be hard to find many Italians and worldwide known VIPS.

Villa is surrounded by equipped sea view terraces and greenery.
Going up a couple of steps and you reach the ample panoramic sun terrace (about 140 sq. m.) equipped with wood-fired oven for pizzas and a big barbecue with private swimming pool (70 sq. m.) equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, sunshades where you can relax and enjoy a drink or your favourite book!
