Position
San Montano is a private estate by the sea halfway between Sorrento and Massa Lubrense. You can reach both areas in a few minutes by car/bus. The estate is composed of villas and apartments and the one we are proposing is few meters away from other villas we manage (have a look at reference V438, V435 and V434). In the living area, you have a very characteristic arched panoramic window. From the same living area, you have access to an ample terrace with sea view of the island of Capri, equipped with sunbeds, table and chairs.
At about 5 minutes walking there is a small pebble and rocky beach where you have free of charge the use of four sunbeds. Bus stop at the entrance to the estate.

Typology
You reach the villa of 120 sq. metres going down 6 steps and you enter an area furnished with good taste that is divided in a living-room area and a dining-room area. From the living area brightned by a panoramic arched window you have access to an ample terrace, overlooking the island of Capri, equipped with rattan sofas, table and chairs. In the living-room area there are also two bed settees. From the dining room area you have access to the kitchen. A corridor leads to the night area composed of 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms: 2 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. All the bedrooms have direct access to the panoramic terrace! There are 2 bathrooms: one with shower and the other one with bath. Solarium in garden with gazebo, sunbeds, table and chairs. Private hydropool (2 x 2 metres). Sleeps 7; on request with sofa beds 9.

Water, gas, weekly change of linen, cooker and oven, kettle, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, iron and ironing board, stereo with CD player, DVD, safety box, barbecue, four sunbeds near the beach. Internet wireless connection. Cot (till 3 year old babies).

Services not included in the price
Electricity, air conditioning and heating (Euro 0,35 per Kw), weekly cleaning Euro 80,00 to be paid in resort, extra people to sleep in the sofa beds and other services on request. (i.e. cook, boat excursions, etc.).
