» What languages are spoken by your staff ?

English, German, French, Spanish and Italian.

» How will we know how to find the property and will someone be there to show us around?

We will send you directions to get to the property as soon as we receive the balance for your reservation. The property owner or a representative will be waiting for you at the property or at another easy-to-find spot, as described in the directions.

» I could not find the answer I'm looking for!

Please e-mail us. We will gladly answer all of your questions!

» What details I need to know for check-in and check-out days?

Unless previously agreed with us, present yourself at our office on the Saturday between 13.00 Hrs and 17.00 Hrs. From 17.00 Hrs to 20.00 Hrs there will be a surcharge of Euro 20,00; from 20.00 Hrs there will be a surcharge of Euro 40,00 to be paid directly at our office. In case of any delay, contact the office and give an estimated arrival time.

- Present proof of identity (passport/identity card).

- Pay the balance for the apartment/villa.

- Pay deposit agreed and communicated in advance for accommodation booked. Said deposit to be refunded to you on departure after our checking that there has been no damage to the property or furnishings.

- Unless previously agreed with us, the accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 Hrs on the day of departure; our staff will come to your villa/apartment to collect keys.

» What services will be offered by your office?

Welcome you at our "Sorrento Holidays" office in Sorrento at Corso Italia 292, (HOW REACH OUR OFFICE) supply useful information for your stay: road map and trails in the Sorrentine peninsula, information on bus services, shops, restaurants and beaches near the property reserved and indication of art and folkloristic events which may be taking place during your stay.

- Lead you the way to the apartment or villa you have booked.

- Many other services listed on the "SERVICES" page are available on request but not included in the price.

» Do you provide bed linen and towels?

Yes, we will provide bed linen (sheets and pillow cases) and towels (bath towels and face towels).

» What do I do to confirm a booking?

Send a written confirmation by e-mail or fax, including details of the booking and personal details.

» What do I do to cancel a booking?

Click on TERMS AND CONDITIONS (see: Cancellation and penalty clause).

» How to reach our office.

Our office is to be found at approximately 80 metres from Sorrento boundary, which is marked by a large ensign on the railway bridge which passes over the road.

You may use the hotel Gardenia car park which is at a distance of approximately 50 metres from our office.


Sorrento is situated at a distance of 245 km from Rome and 48 km from Naples (by sea 18 miles). There are various means of reaching Sorrento from Naples: by car, train or hydrofoil. Detailed instructions will be sent to you when we receive notification of your chosen means of transport to Naples: by car, train or plane?

Baby sitter: daytime Euro 11,00 per hour, evening and night Euro 13,00 per hour.

Cook: for 2/6 people Euro 150,00

Maid: Euro 15,00 per hour.

Beautician/hairdresser/massage: price based on request.

Car and scooter hire: price based on request.

Private car driver hire: price based on request.

Cakes, wine and spumante for parties: price based on request.

Bookings for theatre, musical and folkloristic shows in Sorrento: price according to request.

Diving course: price based on request.

» TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payments procedures
Upon confirmation you will be requested to pay 30% of the total amount required for the booking.

The deposit is required in Euro and can be paid in the following ways:
1) bank transfer in Euro, plus bank charges for transfer; a copy of the bank transaction should be sent to us, by fax or e-mail
2) by credit card


Cancellation and penalty clause
- In case of successive cancellation of booking confirmed by yourselves by payment of 30% deposit; the following penalties are applied:

- If cancellation is notified from the 90° to the 60° day prior to arrival date, the 30% booking fee will be withheld.

- If cancellation is notified from the 59° to the 30° day prior to arrival date, penalty will be the 80% of the total amount quoted for the stay.

- If cancellation is notified from the 29°day up to arrival day, penalty fee will be 100% of the total amount quoted for the stay.

Cancellations should be notified by e-mail or fax and will be countersigned by us and sent back to you to confirm that we are aware of the cancellation.
