Position
This complex includes studio ant two-roomed apartments. The communal areas are two: the swimming pool of 50 square metres and a large panoramic terrace with bar (where you can have breakfast) equipped with tables and chairs and sun beds. The terrace overlooks the bay and the city of Naples and the centre of Sorrento below, which can be reached by bus or car in 10 minutes. All apartments have a small terrace and air conditioning. The residence is open all year and provides good service at a price that we judge as being reasonable.

Typology
The typology varies from apartment to apartment as does the number of persons for which they are equipped but the prices are the same for all the studio and all the two-roomed apartments. All apartments have either a small kitchen or a kitchen area and bathroom. Some have a bedroom and a living room with bed-settee, others have two bedrooms, and others can have two single beds added.
The number of persons that can be housed ranges from 2 to a maximum of 4/5. Requests specifying number of persons will receive one or more descriptions of the apartments available with relative prices.

Electricity, water, gas, fridge, weekly cleaning and change of linen, car parking, central heating, air conditioning use of communal grounds and swimming pool.
