Praiano, with Positano just 3 km away, is one of the pearls of the
Amalfi coast. Here we offer a villa of great prestige being on three
floors with a splendid panorama
over the Amalfi coast. Furnished with a mixture of antique and rush
furniture, it is refined and elegant with all the comforts for an ideal
summer or winter holiday. The bus for the beach stops nearby. |

Typology
To the left of the entrance is an orchard with grapevines, and a
private car parking. To the side of the entrance is an external staircase
built in terracotta which leads to the top floor of the villa. From
the entrance hall a few stairs lead down to the ground floor. Windows
overlooking the garden in the entrance hall and down the stairs.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with
sea view, bathroom with shower equipped for hydromassage or sauna (radio
included), sitting room with fireplace and a second double bedroom
with view over citrus groves and the sea.
On the first floor a small room with rush table and
chairs, a twin room with terrace (grass) and view
over citrus groves and
the sea; bathroom. Two steps lead down to a large elegant
room with fireplace (settee, table, chairs, flat screen T.V., stereo)
leading into the kitchen which also has a microwave oven. This large
room opens onto a large panoramic terrace
with a washroom including washing machine well hidden in one corner.
Under the terrace is a lawned area with fruit trees, equipped with deckchairs,
obviously with a view over the Amalfi
coast. Sleeps 6.
