Position
This
villa certainly deserves its 5 stars. In fact
it is new, spacious, beautiful to look at from the outside and even
more beautiful on the inside due to the bright and spacious
rooms furnished with elegance and taste. The villa, surrounded by 650
sq mt of lawns and ornamental plants plus 12.000 sq mt
of fruit groves, has every modern comfort and a
private swimming pool
of 10 x 5,75. Although built in a higher position than
the pretty village of Sant'Agata, it is little more than 200
mt from the center and from "Don
Alfonso" one of the most famous restaurants
in Europe. It is well to remember that famous writers, musicians and
poets have all sojourned in Sant'Agata attracted by the many enchanting
views that one can admire, by the countryside and salubrious
air which one can breathe. Sant'Agata also boasts a
privileged position since, in a relatively short time, it is possible
to reach all the most celebrated touristic localities of the Sorrentine
and Amalfi coasts, such as Sorrento and Positano at 10 km. |

Typology
There are two separate
entrances having access to parking areas that can take up to 10
cars. The villa is built on three levels. At the lower
ground level is the laundry equipped with washing
machine, tumble-drier, sink and ironing-board, a small bathroom, a billiard-room, a small study plus a small fitness room is being planned.
The ground floor is composed of a spacious living-room
divided in two areas. One section is furnished with satellite TV,
fireplace, a stereo and armchairs whilst the other has a dining
table for 12 persons. The kitchen area follows which gives onto
another external kitchen complete with barbecue and Pizza oven
built in natural stone. The ground floor is completed by a small service
bathroom, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower
and direct access to the grounds. The upper floor
is reached by internal lift or stairs and is composed of a single
bedroom with direct access to the garden and thence to the swimming pool.
Up 3 steps there is the master bedroom with Satellite TV,
walk-in wardrobe, and bathroom with bath and hydromassage shower.
To complete the upper floor there is a large bedroom with two 3/4 beds
and bathroom with shower. From the entire upper floor there is direct
access to the gardens and swimming pool. Finally there is an internal
spiral stair up to the attic which consists of a double bedroom
(twin on request)
with terrace and view of the island of
Capri and a small bathroom with shower (no shower cabin).
