Position
The position of this villa with private above-ground swimming pool with sea view is really enviable: it is about three minutes walk from the village centre which offers every facility but at the same time the position guarantees privacy and tranquillity. The villa is, in fact, situated in the middle of a cultivated area... surrounded by flowers and mediterranean plants and its terraces and gardens overlooking the sea and the islands of the gulf make it ideal for breakfasting and dining in the open air. It is located at about 330 mt. from the village centre and about 10 minutes drive from the centre of Sorrento plus some of the most lovely beaches of the Amalfi costline are within a short distance.

Typology
The villa is disposed on two levels: you enter the villa from an ample patio with sea view and equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs (with hand built barbecue). On the first level you have a living-room with fireplace and dining area, a kitchen and a double bedroom with bathroom; going up a few internal steps you reach the second level composed of a very small single room, a bathroom and a twin bedroom having access to a panoramic terrace of about 80 sq. mt.
