Position
It is difficult to find a splendid villa with
swimming pool,
hidden and surrounded by greenery, with a
magnificent panorama which
dominates the entire Sorrentine peninsula and the Bay of
Naples. The villa has a good position since it’s only
approx. 5 km from Sorrento and 3 km from Sant’Agata, a
pretty village both traditional and at the same time modern
with all facilities such as "Don
Alfonso" one of the
most popular restaurants in Europe. It is well to remember
that famous writers, musicians and poets have all sojourned
in Sant'Agata attracted by the many enchanting views that
one can admire, by the countryside and by the salubrious air
which one can breathe. In about 20 minutes by car or bus you
can reach the sea where
you will find enchanting pebble beaches, both free and
with private bathing establishments, plus restaurants where
you will be able to taste fresh fish dishes and local
specialities. For those not using a car the bus stop is just
50 metres away. The railway station and port are about 5 km
away and, from the latter hydrofoils for Naples, Ischia,
Procida and the enchanting
island of Capri (where
it is easy to meet Italian and foreign VIPs) leave
frequently. |

Typology

gateway where you can park your car (three spaces
altogether).
Going down a few steps,
you reach the gardens that surround the villa, here you find
the annex that has to be considered as an integral part of
the structure.
The annex contains two
double bedrooms one
of which is very ample
and contains a double sofa bed with the possibility of
adding an extra single
sofa bed,
two bathrooms
with shower.
Going down
a few
more steps you reach the main entrance
of the villa
which is built on on
two levels: on the upper
level you find the night area composed of:
3 double
bedrooms, one having
terrace with sea
view of about 25 sq
mt, and another
bedroom
with bunk-beds,
two bathrooms
(one with idromassage shower and
another one with bath/shower).
On
the lower floor
there is an ample kitchen equipped with
an
electric/gas
oven, deep fat fryer, microwave,
a cool
wine cellar (4-18 degrees), two
fridges, dishwasher and washing
machine, a
third bathroom
with shower and an ample room with
settees, corner with satellite TV, dining area with table
and chairs where you can lunch or dine all together. From
this area you have access to the
swimming-pool
of about 21 sq mt
(built above ground) and
to the beautiful
furnished
terrace with sea
view
where you will be able to take
your meals in the open
air, deck-chairs and swing-chair.
The
large
terraced garden (about
1000 sq. m.),
has
three panoramic terraces, a garden with
goal post,
a
wood fired oven
for
pizzas and barbecues,
ping-pong
table.
