Position
Villa located in Sant'Agata, tourist location famous for its salubrious air and its natural beauties. With private swimming pool and surrounded by a garden of 1.200 sq. metres and 3.000 sq. metre orchard,  it is the ideal place for people who love the tranquillity and at the same time the closeness to other exclusive resorts like the Island of Capri, Positano and Amalfi accessible by sea or by car in less than one hour. Everything is at hand: restaurants, bars, shops and banks. We would like to mention the famous restaurant Don Alfonso, one of the most famous restaurants in Europe which is only 300 metres away. The sea  is at a distance of 6 km, the port and Sorrento centre with fast hydrofoils for excursions at 9 km, railway station at 9 km.

A pathway joins the town centre to the property where the villa is located. Small/medium car recommended. Entering from the main gate, there is a slight slope leading to the garden and to the ample villa of 150 sq. metres: entrance, spacious living-room with fire place, sofas, table and chairs and direct access to the swimming pool and solarium equipped with sun beds, table and chairs, barbecue; ample kitchen/living room; from the corridor, there is the night area consisting of  3 double bedrooms (or single beds on request), 2 bathrooms (one with bath/shower, the other with shower only). External laundry area.  Sleeps 6; with an extra single bed 7.
