In case of successive cancellation of booking confirmed by yourselves by payment of 30% deposit, the following penalties are applied: from the dates of the booking the 30% deposit will be withheld (non refundable). If cancellation is notified from the 60th up to arrival day, penalty will be 100% of the total amount quoted for the stay.
Refundable security deposit of € 200 in cash that will be given back to you on departure if no damage has occured to the property.
