These include a fantastic panoramic swimming pool with hot tub, a small fitness area, an elevator, and private parking with an electric charging station. Inside, you will be welcomed by the warmth of a finely furnished modern-style property with furniture entirely handmade by master carpenters from our region, with high-quality finishes and materials. Nothing has been left to chance! Looking out from the terraces of Villa Giorgio, you will feel as if you can touch Capri with your finger. And let’s not forget Ischia… just look a little further and you will be intoxicated by a view that is unmatched anywhere in the world!

Interior:
The villa has three floors plus a roof terrace, totaling approximately 500 square meters. On the ground floor, there is a large dining room with a beautiful table that can seat up to 18 people, a living area equipped with sofas, a 52-inch satellite TV, and a beautiful designer electric fireplace, which will keep you warm on cooler evenings. The floor also has a guest bathroom and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with an American fridge, oven, microwave, and wine cooler with a wide selection of the best Italian wines. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms with a full bathroom and large walk-in shower, and a suite consisting of a double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, and en-suite bathroom. In the center of the room is a beautiful bathtub with a partition, where you can relax at any time during your stay.
The second floor is identical to the first, so we have three bedrooms divided in the same way, with only the color of the beautiful Vietri tile flooring changing.
The property is completed by a splendid terrace equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, where you can do yoga at sunset or sunrise while admiring the island of Capri right in front of you.

Park:
The estate is surrounded by a beautiful enclosed park, mostly maintained as an English lawn and planted at the rear of the villa with evergreen trees that shade the paths. Majestic centuries-old pine trees and exotic Canary Island palm trees stand on the property, perfectly integrated into the Mediterranean scrub. The entrance to Villa Giorgio is via an uphill driveway with access through an electric gate and a pedestrian passageway. Upon arrival at the villa, we immediately find the covered parking area with an electric charging station and a large porch in a panoramic position with an outdoor relaxation area furnished with sofas and umbrellas. To the side of the villa is the pool area with a relaxation area and sunbathing areas, as well as an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Please note that photo shoots are usually taken in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and parks may be different when you arrive at the villa.

Swimming pool:
The beautiful rectangular swimming pool, measuring approximately 30 square meters, is panoramic and equipped with a hydromassage area. Access to the pool is via a ladder descending into the water, there is both internal and external lighting, and the depth varies from 25 cm to 185 cm. The sunbathing area is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a relaxation area. The pool is available from April to October, weather permitting.
